Cannot move fully constained problem

Hi everyone

I've got a problem, I've checked the help files and the tutorials but no luck. So please can someone help me out.

This is the problem.

I have a cylindrical vessel with a front door, and the door is attached by a hinge. I can move the door & hinge when in assembly, but when I insert this assembly into another assembly the hinge becomes fully constrained and cannot be moved.

How do I get around this problem. I've been trying to figure it out but I have come up with nothing.

Your vessel/door subassembly needs to be set to "flexible" after it is inserted into the other assembly. Check the help for "flexible assemblies."
