Cannot Open Menu in Dialog Box

I am unable to slide the menu part of certain dialog boxes open to read all my options. The mouse pointer doesn't turn into the 2-way pointer that would normally enable me to slide it open. I've attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing. It's the menu to the right I can't get to be bigger. Anybody?

Let me reiterate that, I cannot make the menu wider in the dialog boxes.

1 - You asked your question in the wrong forum. It is an NX question, you are in the Teamcenter forum.
2 - What version of NX are you using?

I would suggest to ask this again but then in the correct forum.
