Problem: Cannot sign in to My Navigator after launching Teamcenter
Error message: Unable to bind to server running on localhost:1572
Circumstance: Teamcenter server was shut down over weekend in order to install new Data Switch for all network servers. Immediately following, problem occured.
Notes: This happened once before when service was stopped/started. We thought the culprit was Microsoft security patches. After uninstalling these, users could once again access server.
This time, however, no patch or other software was installed. We are STUMPED! And not on maintenance.

(Apparently, TC server never successfully starts.)
