Cann't install Standard Parts SE V19

Hello all.
I just had to install SE on a newer system due to a hardware failure. Now i can't get Standard parts to install. I keep getting an error that states that I need Se to be installed before i try to install Standard Parts. I've been using SE on this system for weeks.

Any help is appreciated.
