Can't edit dimension systems!

I have created a stacked dimension system. (baseline) After creating several dimension systems, while attempting to revise the systems for dimension line spacing, I am finding that I have no option available for doing this!

Normally, one would need to right click, go to Properties -> System, and change the offset value. However, the "systems" tab is not available. Hovering over the dimensions individually clearly displays a parameter value that includes a dimension system value.

I have another similar drawing (same version and SP) that has the tab available.

Any clues on this one?

Thank you.

a guess...

This might be a new standard option. Like the background of the drawing.

if the file is R13 (with R13 standard) you can change the background for tools options... If you have a R14 standard you cannot change the background color.

So check the standard of your 2 catdrawings...

That's just the thing... this was my initial install of R16, specifically for this customer. They created (and successfully use) the standard, which they passed to me. On the (almost) identical drawing that I am doing for them, it works fine!

I'm really baffled by this one...
