Hi

I have a parker variable displacement pump with LS.

The valve I'm using is danfoss pvg 32 with standard 100/lmin open spool with LS A/B.

When the lever is set to full speed i get 90 bar (LS) and 110 bar (P) and the pump do not deliver enough flow to give the hydraulic motor full speed that i need.

But when i use the second pvg 32 valve in the system, this control a hydraulic cylinder. I get 145 bar (LS) and 155 bar (P)

When i do this the pump deliver more flow and the rpm on the hydraulic motor increase to full speed.

What can i do to make the hydraulic motor run on full speed?

Its just a simple setup.

i have tried to connect the "PVG 2" LS line direct to the pump to bypass the shuttle valve without any difference.

Is there any method to put in any resistance in the A and B line to get higher pressure in the LS line sent to pump?

LS = Load sense

your issue is with the set up of the pvg 32 valve feeding the pump.

It is an interesting piece of kit, but there are adjustments and settings on it if you look at the manual.

Either that or it needs to be serviced / repaired.

This is where your issue is, not anything else if you've bypassed the shuttle valve
