Cant See Revision Block Text

i have inventor 10 and this problem just started out of the blue(at least i think). When I want to change the default text in the revision block insert, i change the text (by double clicking it) and then change the text and when i press ok. the text disapears and i cant edit it anymore. do any of you know how to fix this?

There are several threads explaining this problem. Remove Microsoft update, KB918118, from your computer.
