Does anyone know where I can find a complete design example (calculations) for a reinforced concrete cantilevered retaining wall? I have 5 feet of earth to retain with the angle of soil behind the wall at 1.3H:1V; soil at 20 kN/m3 and Ka = 0.3.
Thank you,

Here it is a good paper on the topic I think, which includes references. I hope it helps.

cvg - Do you use the design methodology presented in the retaining and flood wall manual? There is a lot of good information in there but I find that there design procedures are rarely used for most walls.

depends
for dams, spillways, levees and floodwalls, it is a preferred method. otherwise, it could be considered overkill.
