From the siemens website I have found that siemens manufacture air cooled type generators ranging from 25 to 325 MVA, but I want to know that untill today, what is the maximum capacity (in MVA) of the Siemens air-cooled generator installed or actually working.
Can anyone help me with the data or can anyone suggest me how to find it.

There are many factors that effect the operation of a generator. Altitude, load characteristics, air flow, ambient temperature, etc., The only way to determine the actual performance is to match the factors to your situation. Most generator manufacturers have detailed information that you can use for specific generators and most are very helpful about analyzing your situation. I would E-mail, telephone or call a manufacturer and he can guide you.

If you want to get the mfg info ask them directly. While it is possible to design one, I doubt if anyone makes an air cooled generator at 325 MVA. Unless it is an old design most generators, steam turbine driven they will be hydrogen cooled at 15 to 60 psig.
