Carbide Grinding tool manufacture

Hi,

I'm looking for manufacture to produce this grinding tool. Please take a look the picture. This is make by carbide. The size is one inch long. Want to know what kind of manufacture can make this? What kind or grade of carbide works good for grinding foam? I want something last long. thanks

I would look at the Ferro-Tic materials as a starting point. It could be machined into a part resembling your part and heat treated to give the wear resistance.
