Carbide Thread Gages

Does anyone know where I can find carbide thread gages? Anyone I have used in the past is a no quote now. Carbide is very important to us. Our technical ceramics are so abrasive that we get very little use out of a standard thread gage before it is junk. Like 50-maybe 100 uses before it is junk. The carbide lasts a much longer time and is well worth the investment, I just cant find anyone that makes them anymore.
