Carbon Steel Plate Fe 37 B3 and Fe 52 C3

Dear All,
I would appreciate if anyone could provide me with information on the following Carbon steel plate designations which were used on some old storage tanks:
Fe 37 B3 and Fe 52 C3.
What are the equivalent ASTM certified materials for those materials.
