Career Advice_ME with 8 plus experience

Hello Everyone,

I'm a Mechanical Engineer (Graduate) from India with overall 8 plus years of experience in design for aviation/aerospace domain. My work experience includes designing of avionics components and business class seats. Most of the work is detailing the parts and assemblies and some times both modelling and detailing using UGNX. I'm looking for a change in my career for better pay. I'm ready to spend time to learn new things to grow my career.

As of now, I have few options like mentioned below but not sure whether this can help me to grow my career

Masters (Part time) (Which specialisation, you would suggest?) Or
PMP Or
SAP (MM OR PLM)

By pursuing any one of the above option will help me in career growth? OR Can you please suggest me with any other option? I'm ready to learn anything which helps me.
