Cascade Fountain Incrustation

What´s the best system to keep clean a black marble cascade fountain?
We are trying different types of filter and systems but the mineral incrustation problem is a constant.

For good water treatment, I start with a water analysis - send it to a good lab.

With the water analysis, most water purification vendors can come up with a solution.

The two times I have been involved with water problem, the root cause was that the original sample sent to the lab was not representative of the water we were using - not sure where the sample was taken or how, but it wasn't representative.
