Is it common for valve manufacturers to cast wear/corrosion resistant liners into their valve bodies? Does anyone have a list of valve manufacturers that do this. I have only heard of one that will put in a stellite liner into a valve body.

how about PTFE and rubber lined valve bodies? Hard facing liers are also commonly found.

Can you name some valve manufacturers that I could look to?

thanks. I hadn't thought about PTFE. that's a good idea for low temperature services like Alkylation units. I was thinking of naphthenic acid circuits as well (450-750 F).
