Gents,
We are working at 1 HEXENE plant , the catalyst ( chrome with aluminum alkyl ) ,the Catalyst inside the line in pyrophoric (aluminum alkyl ) which is ignite with atmosphere. 0.5" line get plug due to not good flushing with ethyl benzene ( solvent ) we tried with pneumatic pump with 250 KG ethyl benzene , still the line plug.
Any advised will be appreciated.
