Can someone tell me what relay or terminals I can find the ruptured bladder probe wires on a SRB4 Model generator.I am trying to find a way to get a common gen.fail alarm point.I am trying to send alarm signal to a Telcom. monitoring center through the network.I have no schematics or alarm drawings. The generator control panel is a EMCP II.Its alarm module equipped at the generator and a remote annunciator panel located near by.Thanks for any help!

I am assuming you mean the rupture basin probe wires going to the EMCP II on a CAT package set, right?

There was no standard and it is possible depending on our model the fuel base tank was installed by a packager.

The spare inputs are usually labeled on the generator terminal strip as SP1 thru SP4. These are sinking inputs, if you pull them to battery minus they go active, but you will need to verify the spare input programming.

Also on some remote annunciator panels, the rupture basin alarm was wired directly to a spare input on the annunciator, and not thru the EMCP II.

The spare output can be programmed to go active any any fault from the EMCP II, the spare inputs, and the engine if on a data link.

Your best bet will be your local CAT dealer.

Hope that helps.
