Cathodic protection ,Impress current type

Dear Guru
there is impress current type of CP.
Now already install MMO anode with cable to the positive JB.
please advise what the voltage level that we can test insulation test for cable with anode.
I am worry if i apply high voltage such 1000V then will damage the anode.

Can you explain a little, I can't figure out what you are trying to do or ask here. 1000 V to an anode is ridiculous, you don't have a rectifier with that capacity anyway...
