Our printer has gone haywire and keeps printing blank A3 sheets, upon checking the print manager it appears that no jobs are queued. However the printer does have a yellow flag icon on display, upon selecting the icon the following message appears - THE RAW ON xxx DEVICE IS OUT OF SERVICE'
Can anyone advise me how to prevent the prints from coming out?
