Catia Catalog broken links

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my catalog files. All my fasteners are highlighted in red and have (broken) next to them, but it shows the picture of the actual part. I then try and open it and an error message opens saying "Unable to prepare the document"
Any solutions?

Link to Catalog might be bad? Post some screen caps please.

The base files that the catalog refers to exist, they just can't be opened.
