Catia CPD Module Tutorial

Hello,
Are there any good free tutorials on using Catia V5 Composites Design Module? I was able to find a few webinars on Youtube but I intend to go deeper. Mainly I am looking for any kind of workflow flow charts on creating a design from scratch using different methodologies (manual ply, zone based, Grid Based & Solid Slicing). Catia V5 manual although good, I find it inadequate in presenting the overall picture. It just lists procedures for different commands rather than present options on how to design a component from scratch to end.
