CATIA crashing while working

Hi All,

It's been a while i came here.One of the users is having a peculiar issue of CATIA getting crashed abruptly while working in sync with teamcenter.We use CATIA 4tier and TC 4tier respectively.Please let me know if you need any other details.Any ideas folks?
