Catia dimensioning performance very slow

Hi all i use a windows 7 machine and a CATIA V5 R19

while working on dimensioning catia response is very slow

There is a 1-2 secong delay when choosing lines for a dimension

Can Any one suggest a quick solution for this
Please provide a quick response
