Catia doesn't show surface

Hi

I'm opening a step 3D model with Catia V5-6 2019 which is perfectly showned on a PC but if I open it with another PC with the very same Catia version the model doesn't show a whole part which is made only of surfaces as you can see here:

I suppose that there is some hidden option that make surfaces visible or not but I cannot find it.

Any help?

Delete the folder CATSettings from c:\Users\"user name"\AppData\Roaming\DassaultSystemes\CATSettings\

I would check visualization filters.
If the surface is on a certain layer, you may have a filter set that doesn't show that layer. The filters are specific to your computer or your catsettings. There is also another setting-toggle that shows only active body or geoset, that may have been toggled as well.

So you would need to edit the .xml file to do that right?

To reset your settings to default you would delete all the files within the folder that ferdo mentioned.
Catia will rebuild those files to the "default" if they do not exist.
you will loose any customized settings that you made through tools options, or any hotkey shortcuts. etc..

If you want to check visualization filters. Choose "all visible" and apply.

The other potential cause that I mentioned was having the "current body" option toggled.
Make sure this is not toggled on (not orange).
