catia drafting dimension value location

I know this is probably very simple, but I've gone through properties and tools/options and can't find the way to set it.

my dimension value to dimension line locations are all with the value on top of the dimension line (the end of the line underlining the value) instead of the format: -----R 3.85 (with the value at the end of the dimension line).

How can I change this.

File + Page Setup and change the drafing standard to ISO, or something other than ANSI
