CATIA Drawing Parameters 1

I want to create a new Parameter in a CATIA Drawing. I am using R16. This drawing already has multiple parameters, but I need to add a few more, but cannot figure out how.

Tools-->Formula
set user parameter type
add parameter
ok or apply
