Catia freeze at first click on every command

Hello,
Every time I open Catia (doesn't matter which version or environment) it freezes for a few seconds every time I first click on a command like: sketch, pad, line, point, show/hide, define in work object ...
Then if I access the same command again everything is fine, Catia doesn't freeze anymore.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

is your environment pointing to network location?

user CATSettings are better when local, ref CATSetting could be on network for sharing purposes.

I think the CATSettings are on a server and not locally.
Thanks for the tip, and will try and talk with IT to see if we could somehow move the CATSettings.
