Catia icon size.... 1

I need more space to place the icons. I do not like to have them on my work area.
How could I make them smaller? (please, see the attached picture)

did you know that 2 icon left he smiley face is the upload image function that will help you quickly bring a picture in your post?

no need for extra click to see the picture as they show directly in the post !!!
