I do not know much about Catia Workbenches licenses.....

Below, pictures of my Catia Customize and Option info:

I need to get the DMU Navigator/Kinematics.

How could I do that?

What you need to know is about CATIA V5 trigram... Google

I believe first link with Branch Trigram Name will clarify you a little bit...DMU Navigator is DMN, you don't have it in your screen shot.
