Catia Licenses

Curious if anybody can explain the differences between a traditional catia license and a plm express license. Pros and cons between the two?

I think traditional licenses refer to MD1, MD2, etc whereas PLM Express is a bundle package. If I remember correctly from the last time I talked with my VAR the PLM Express was the best bang for the buck.
