CATIA MACRO: HOW TO CHANGE THE DEFAULT MERGING DISTANCE 0.001 TO OTHER VALUE FOR EVER?

Hello guys,
Every time running Join command, the default Merging distance is 0.001, however need it to be 0.05 for my case(almost all the time),so have to change it again and again manually. really boring.
how can do it for good?
