Catia Performance Degrades During the Day

We have two workstations in the office that when using Catia (V5-6R2021) all day the user input slows down during the day. So towards the end of the day and particularly in drafting after selecting an entity to implement a command or to finish a command the windows busy icon pops up and spins for 2 to 5 seconds, this is highly irritating. It happens on a Lenovo S30 certified workstation as well as a generic workstation, have tried various different Quadro drivers to no avail. Have checked Windows Task Manager and under the Status column for Catia it says "Not Responding" and the cpu usage spikes whilst this is happening. Have also deleted the catsettings folder and started with new settings, it still does this. Restarting Catia doesnt help, so the only solution thus far is to reboot the workstiton a couple of times during the day. Any indications of what the cause of this problem is?

Do you work in a shared environment? Do you have other workstations that work in the same manner but don't suffer performance degrade?

Yes we work on an office network with each machine using its own environment and settings.
The other workstations don't suffer from the same affliction only the one workstation in the office and a home/office workstation.
