In Part Design, but is not so easy to handle...for example, for this part, I started with fillets, chamfer, holes and at the end should create the pad but it didn't work. Then , you have to be a little bit creative and to know how to reuse what was already done in previous steps .

Thanks for your reply, too.
This model is part of a bracket assembly.
I didn't make the adequate adjustment since the main object of this thread was choosing the most appropriate design technique.....
