CATIA Raster Image NURBS

I am trying to import a logo .jpg image into Catia V5, however do not want to spend time drawing the outline in Catia.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to import the .jpg and process the image outline automatically in Catia into line geometry?

If you can convert the .jpg into a .dxf you can open it up as a CATIA drawing with line geometry' Then copy&paste the geometry into a sketch.
