Catia resize handles

When working in the 2-D drafting side of Catia, the resizing handles on text boxes, lines, etc hardly ever resize with my view (see attached photo) making it very difficult at times. Where are the setting to change/adjust this so the handles always remain small and out of the way?

Hi,

Open CATIA in admin mode,
Goto Tools-Standards
In Category select drafting.
Select the ISO/ANSI standard from file section
In Specification tree Goto
ISO/ANSI-Styles-Text-Default-Text-ApplyScale
Change No to Yes
Click Ok.
Note: you have to define CATRefSettingPath in environment file before opening CATIA in admin mode.
