CATIA strucks abruptly

Hi,

In one of our userss' machines CATIA suddenly comes to a halt when the user clicks on a tool ( say edge fillet ).it has been happening for some users lately.no idea whats going on.Any idea folks?

sometimes it's good to format pc or reinstall catia. if you have a backup of catsetting this reinstalling catia may be dome like in one hour. i also have similar issue on some machines. well in my case i guess it's network issue
