Catia v4 to UG Dwgs +want to change dwgs

I have some UG dwg files which are translated from
catia V4.

I wanted to modify dimension & tolerance in dwgs but it didn't allow me to do so.

Also tell me if any other possible way,

early response would be a great help.

It's possible that the translation caused the dimension to become a non-living dimension. Do an Information -> Object to find out if it's still being recognized as a dimension. If that's the case, the only alternative is to re-dimension the drawing.
