Catia V5.19 Drafting: Rotate inserted image

If it's possible could someone explain how to rotate an image (.bmp) in drafting plz? I've tried to rotate as an instantiated detail and Insert>Geometry>Modification>Translations>Rotate but no success. Is there a workaround for this within Catia or some other way to do this? I've rotated outside of Catia then did a screenshot, save and insert but was hoping there would be some other trick in Catia. I've also tried just changing the View angle but no-go. Thanks much!

No way, just rotate the image outside CATIA with a free viewer (like Irfan Viewer for example), with this you can change also the background of the rotated picture.

I don't know if it can be done with a newer CATIA release (I'm stuck at r18)
