Hello all

My first post here, I would like to know if catia has any tool to delete the underlying math data of a surface.

For example in rhino you can use a command called "shrinktrimsurface"
In catia v5 I get several surfaces from ALIAS and sometimes catia fails to create basic operations like a draft from a surface.
The surface seems simple but sometimes it has strange crossing edges when I untrim it, these problems were made in design with ALIAS or others.

I wanted to have a tool that simplifies the surface a bit or a command that would reduce the surface only to the visible surface and delete all the untrimmed data.

Was my English understandable? Sorry it's not my native language.

Thanks
