Catia V5R16 - Activating And Deactivating Features Using Parameters

Hello All, (RE: CATIA V5R16)
I would like to set certain features in my model to active or inactive using parameters. So, I want to make a parameter/measurement and then i want the feature, in this case a hole, to "switch off" if under a certain lenght and "switch on" when over that same lenght.
I would like to do a simmilar thing in an assembly where certain parts are then manipulated the same way.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
