Catia V5R16: Making parameters snap in desired incriments/precisions.

Good day all,
I am trying to apply properties or rules to a parameter so when i edit it, in this case a line, and drag it by the arrows, it would snap in increments of 5mm or 10mm. i can change the step increments in the definition dialog. here it will then change if you use the up and down arrows, but not while dragging it by the manipulating arrows in 3d.
Any ideas??? Thanks Gary.

Gary,this must be an undocumented feature. Previous versions ( I use R17 SP6), if you change the increment the graphical drag of the arrow would follow the increment.
