CATIA V5R16 SP08: CAN I MAKE "BLOCKS" AUTO-SCALE TO VIEW SCALE????

HELLO EVERYONE,
I HAVE MADE SOME STICKERS OR 2D-COMPONENTS TO INSERT "INSTANTIATE". I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE THESE THINGS OUTOSCALE TO THE VIEWS IN WHICH THEY ARE USED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. IOW, IF MY VIEW IS HALF SCALE, THEN I WANT IT TO 2x IN SCALE SO IT STILL, IN EFFECT, IS 1:1 IN RELATION TO THE BORDER. AND 1:5 to 5x etc. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE????
