catiav4 to step

hi everyone,

can anyone please help in solving the issue,here follows the brief description.
I am able to open cativ4 assembly from enovia vpm in catiav5.Now i want to convert this assembly into step format.Initially i tried to migrate this assembly to catiav5 by using tools-utility-migrate v4tov5, but it was not successful. I also tried to directly save as step , but this was not successful either.
My end product required is the assembly required in step format or in the format which it can be opened by pro-e.
