anyone know how is the name of the function for modify the angle of hatch in a section view?

Hi, i guess you have tried to record macro and modify angle and you have no result due to no API for that function.

Exactly, I can't change the angle. How to proceed in these cases?

Probably you can do it using WinAPI or VBA, i didnt try it myself yet so try to search through posts on few forums.

the hatching is a GeneratedShape feature... I am guessing it has some properties.

LWolf, some time ago i've tried to automatize sectioning and i havent found any Catia syntax for that. I assume the reason is no API for sectioning fuctions... If im wrong, correct me with some examples please, it would help me too

yeah, sorry... I might have jumped the gun here... I couldn't find anything on 2D hatching either.
