Oct 3, 2012 Thread starter #3 arash807 Mechanical Aug 8, 2012 48 Micalbrch You are absolutely right,it is better to avoid cavitation,but sometimes we have to design a valve for cavitation.for example in two phase fluid or flashing systems. my next question is that,is hardness the only item to compare cavitation resistant?
