CE mark job with ASME

Hello,

I want to Design Pressure vessel for Europe supply with ASME design code.
As following directive PED 2014/68/EU, there is no any specific design code mentioned.

so how directive does allow me to use ASME sec VIII div 1 code instead of EN-13445...?

Is there written anywhere to use other code for CE marked vessel...?
