Does anyone have a copy of CEA 249 D 541 reference in Appendix B for rule 36-304(3) in the Canadian Electrical Code? It does not appear that this is available anywhere on the interweb.
From my understanding, it is a white paper "Simplified Rules for Grounding Customer-owned High Voltage Substations", however the CEA (Canadian Electricity Association) website I found elsewhere in this forum is now another organization. I typically reference the requirements in IEEE 80 for ground electrode design but have an inspector requiring I reference the procedure in this standard for compliance. It is especially difficult to do this if I can't get a copy of it.
Thanks in advance.
