I just obtained my PE license and looking into Certified Energy Manger CEM test.
Has anyone taken the CEM test? If so, how was it like? And what study materials should I have? How long should one study?

Any info is apprecaited. All I was able to obtain is info from the aee website. No info on above.

I took the CEM exam a couple years ago. The test was 4 hours long and open book - the book provided by AEE was pretty much all you needed for the exam. I also went through the 5 day overview class the covered all the material. I didn't do much studying before the test other than labeling sections in the provided book, but if you don't take the overview class I would recommend working example problems in all sections of the book. Overall the exam was not extremely difficult. The material covered was very practical and useful, depending on the field you're in. Let me know if you have any other questions.
