Cement in Saudi Arabia

Hello,
I've been trying unsuccessfully to locate a 52,5 cement manufacturer in Saudi Arabia or UAE.
Can anybody enlighten me on the subject?.

Check to find where the local concrete and precasters get their cement. They need good consistent cement to operate efficiently (especially precasters and block plants). Kuwait Building Materials (KBM)

I am not aware of much cement being produced in that area because of the necessary raw materials. Cement ships very well over long distance by boat.

Options could be Indian cement or cement from Europe. Very often American cement companies ship in foreign cement from other plants they operate.

I will have that in mind.
It is probably quite cheap to have cement transported from elsewhere.
