Center of Mass and Center of Rigidity 1

I want to analyze a 30 storied building. I have modeled it and assign all the relevant properties like loads (Vertical & Horizontal), member properties like diaphragm (Semi Rigid), checked the option of "Calculate diaphragm centers for Rigidity", etc.
but now after the analysis, the Mass in X or Y direction is Zero in tables of results. which are needed for calculating the torsional irregularity.
How can I come up with it?

100 % dead load
25% of live load

Program does not calculates lumped story masses for semi rigid diaphragms. You can obtain these values by analyzing the diaphragm as rigid in a separate model however.
